Appointment Cancellations
Patient-Initiated Cancellations
- 01. Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will be eligible for a full refund.
- 02. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund.
Provider/Doctor Initiated Cancellations
If the doctor or clinic cancels or reschedules an appointment, the patient will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
No-Show Policy
Patients who fail to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
Technical Issues
If the appointment cannot be completed due to technical issues (e.g., telehealth platform failure) attributable to the provider, the patient is entitled to a full refund or a free rescheduling.
